How to enroll in United Concordia (current Tricare Dental Insurance Company)
Dental Insurance is your option which means you have to take the first action to enroll.
Please call 1-844-653-4060 to enroll. They will ask for your first payment over the phone. They will take the payment from the sponsor’s paycheck after that. If you are not sure if you are enrolled, you can call them or it will show in your LES.
If you enrolled by 20th of the month, your coverage will start 1st of the following month.
